- Combine Ceylon cinnamon and cayenne (or ginger) in a glass.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
- Top with 8 oz filtered water or tea and stir thoroughly.
- Optional: Add stevia or raw honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
- Drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes
Use organic ACV with 'the mother' for best results. If you’re sensitive to spice, swap cayenne for fresh ginger. Start with 1 tsp of ACV if you're new to it. Add raw honey or stevia if you'd like to balance the acidity. For a lighter taste, try it over ice or with chilled green tea.
