Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 8 oz filtered water or green/herbal tea

Method
 

  1. Combine Ceylon cinnamon and cayenne (or ginger) in a glass.
  2. Pour in apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Top with 8 oz filtered water or tea and stir thoroughly.
  4. Optional: Add stevia or raw honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
  5. Drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes
