Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger)
  • 8 oz filtered water (warm or room temperature)

Method
 

  1. Add cinnamon and cayenne (or ginger) to a glass.
