Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger or fresh slices
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large mug or glass, combine all the dry ingredients first—ginger, cayenne, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour in the warm water and stir until everything dissolves evenly.
  4. Taste and adjust. Add honey or stevia if needed.
  5. Drink immediately while warm or sip slowly over 15–20 minutes.
