Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger or 3 fresh slices
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz warm filtered water
  • 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add ginger and cayenne to your mug.
  2. Pour warm water over the spices.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Sweeten to taste and stir well.
  5. Drink immediately while warm, or chill for later.
