Preparation
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
  3. In a separate bowl, mix smooth peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Crush pretzels lightly if desired and fold them into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate into the pretzel and peanut butter mix, stirring until everything is well-coated.
  6. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking tray.
  7. Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
