Preparation
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
- In a separate bowl, mix smooth peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Crush pretzels lightly if desired and fold them into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the pretzel and peanut butter mix, stirring until everything is well-coated.
- Scoop small amounts of the mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking tray.
- Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
