Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup peanut butter Crunchy or smooth peanut butter works wonderfully.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sweetens the peanut butter layer.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) Adds richness and a velvety texture.
Whipped Cream Topping
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Essential for the light, fluffy topping; use cold.
Crunchy Layer
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (oreo or graham crackers) Provides the crunchy base.
For Decoration
  • Chocolate syrup For drizzling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, mix until creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Whip it using an electric mixer until soft peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  3. Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Assembly
  1. In your prepared baking dish, layer half of the crushed cookies to form a base.
  2. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookie layer.
  3. Spread half of the remaining whipped cream over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining cookies, peanut butter mixture, and whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the top layer of whipped cream.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to chill and set.
