Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, mix until creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
- In another bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Whip it using an electric mixer until soft peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Assembly
- In your prepared baking dish, layer half of the crushed cookies to form a base.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookie layer.
- Spread half of the remaining whipped cream over the peanut butter layer.
- Repeat layering with remaining cookies, peanut butter mixture, and whipped cream.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the top layer of whipped cream.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to chill and set.
