Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Lay the triangles out flat.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle, then roll tightly and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with a beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar if desired.

  1. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
