Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the pecans are fully coated.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle of dough and roll from the wide edge toward the pointed tip.
Baking
  1. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and aromatic.
Serving
  1. Allow the crescents to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before enjoying them warm.
