Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 7 grams Flavored gelatin powder (strawberry or raspberry suggested) Provides the pink color, sweet fruit flavor, and sets into the classic gelatin texture.
  • 1/2 cup Hot water Used to dissolve the gelatin powder fully so the mixture turns clear and smooth.
  • 1.5 cups Cold water Dilutes the gel and helps it set; added after dissolving the powder to cool the mixture.
Optional Ingredients
  • Fresh or frozen berries Adds texture, natural sweetness, and a boost of vitamins; use berries that match the flavor.
  • Plain collagen or unflavored protein powder An easy way to add protein and a little extra body to the gelatin without changing the flavor.
  • Sugar-free sweetener Use if you want extra sweetness without added sugar or calories.
  • Low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese A creamy topping that adds protein and balances sweetness with tang.
