Preparation
- Measure 7 grams of gelatin powder into a heat-safe bowl.
- Pour 1/2 cup of just-boiled water over the powder and stir until clear.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cold water and any protein powder if using.
- Fold in fresh or frozen berries.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Serve cold and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes
Use a clear bowl to see when the gelatin fully dissolves. If you want firmer gelatin, chill a little longer. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
