- In a heatproof bowl, sprinkle the flavored gelatin over 1/2 cup hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the unflavored collagen or gelatin powder until smooth if using.
- Add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime juice and sweetener to taste if desired.
- Pour in 1 to 1.5 cups cold water or ice and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes until soft set, or up to 2 hours for a firmer gel.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
For a firmer set, increase chilling time to 2 hours. Keeps refrigerated in a covered container for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended.
