  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with 8–12 oz of warm filtered water.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add optional lemon juice for taste and vitamin C.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Do not exceed ½ tsp total pink salt per day.
