  • 8–12 oz filtered water (room temperature)
  • optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
  • optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • optional: honey or mint (for taste)

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–12 oz of room temperature filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add 1/8 tsp of fine pink Himalayan salt to the water.
  3. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. Optional: Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or honey for added benefits or taste.
  5. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or post-workout for hydration.
