Method
- Measure and mix 2 teaspoons of fine-ground Himalayan pink salt into 1 liter (about 4 cups) of warm filtered water, around 98°F (37°C).
- Stir well until all salt is fully dissolved. The water should be cloudy but smooth, without grains at the bottom.
- Drink the entire mixture within 5–10 minutes on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
- Remain upright and move gently—walk around or do light stretching to stimulate digestion and encourage flushing.
- Stay close to a bathroom. The flush usually takes effect within 30 to 60 minutes and may last up to 2 hours.
- After completing the flush, drink a full glass of plain filtered water to stay hydrated and replenish fluids.

Notes
Always stay near a bathroom after drinking, as the flush works rapidly. Follow up with a glass of plain filtered water to rehydrate. Avoid doing this more than twice per week. Use only fine-ground Himalayan pink salt, not table or sea salt.
