- Pour 8–12 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
- Add ¼ tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
- Optional: Add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals or workouts.
