Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass (8–12 oz) warm filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Equipment

  • glass or mug
  • measuring spoon (¼ tsp)
  • spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–12 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Optional: Add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals or workouts.
