Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup fresh citrus juice (lime, lemon, or orange)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • 1 mint sprig (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing glass, combine citrus juice and sweetener if using. Stir until fully blended.
  2. Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and stir to integrate the flavor.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to mix without losing carbonation.
  4. Add ice cubes to the serving glass and pour the mocktail mixture over them.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig or a citrus wedge. Optional: rim the glass with pink salt and sugar.
