Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional

Method
 

  1. 1. Pour filtered water into a glass.
  2. 2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Optional: Add lemon juice, honey, or ACV.
  4. 4. Stir gently.
  5. 5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
