Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass (8–12 oz) warm filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Equipment

  • glass or mug
  • measuring spoon (¼ tsp)
  • stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat or use room temperature filtered water. Pour 8–12 oz into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice (optional), stir again.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. Stay near a bathroom for 1–2 hours after drinking.
