- Heat or use room temperature filtered water. Pour 8–12 oz into a glass.
- Add ¼ teaspoon pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice (optional), stir again.
- Drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. Stay near a bathroom for 1–2 hours after drinking.
