  • 1 cup filtered water (warm or room temp)
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat or pour 1 cup of filtered water into a glass, using warm or room temperature water.
  2. Stir in 1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and honey if desired. Stir well.
  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to enhance flavor and vitamin C content.
  5. Drink immediately in the morning on an empty stomach, or store as ice cubes for later use.
