Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and cut them to fit your ramekins or pie dish, leaving a bit of overhang.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pizza sauce, assorted toppings, and shredded mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
- Place the crust in your ramekins, fill them generously with the filling, leaving space at the top for sealing.
- Drape the second pie crust over the filling, pinch and seal the edges, and brush with whisked egg.
Baking
- Place the filled pies onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
