Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Carefully place the rolled-out pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- With a sharp knife, lightly score a border around the edges of the rolled pastry, about 1 inch in from the edge.
- Spread the pizza sauce inside the border and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Pile on your chosen toppings, pressing them down slightly.
- Brush the exposed pastry edges with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
