Method
 

Preparation

  6. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the coated cookie balls on a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
  3. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
