Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it stops foaming and begins to shimmer.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
Cooking
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately. Spoon some of the garlic butter from the pan over the chicken before serving.

Notes
Let chicken rest for a couple of minutes after cooking. If breasts are thick, slice them horizontally for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
