  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Patted dry for even browning.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Adds richness and forms the garlic butter sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best bright flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Used to enhance the chicken and sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish, adds color and mild herb lift.

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it stops foaming and begins to shimmer.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  2. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately. Spoon some of the garlic butter from the pan over the chicken before serving.
