  • 1 cup cream cheese Provides creaminess and richness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or a teaspoon of oil.
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Evenly sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  4. Pour the drained corn, diced carrots, and diced onion over the chicken.
  5. Carefully add the chicken broth, ensuring the chicken is submerged.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Add cream cheese 30 minutes before serving and stir into the mixture.
