Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Take your leftover egg rolls from the fridge while the air fryer preheats.
  3. Lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray if necessary.
  4. Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Reheating
  1. Cook egg rolls for about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  2. Check for doneness to ensure they are heated thoroughly and crispy. Add a couple more minutes if you want them crunchier.
  3. Let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
