Ingredients
  

For the Drink
  • 8 ounces Fresh, clean water Use filtered or spring water for best taste.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt (preferably sea salt or Himalayan salt) Adjust according to taste, but avoid excessive salt intake.
  • 1 squeeze Fresh lemon juice Optional, for added flavor and vitamin C.

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh, clean water and your choice of salt.
  2. Measure your salt: use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt for every 8 ounces of water.
  3. Heat your water (optional): if you prefer, heat it until it’s lukewarm (around 98 to 105°F or 37 to 40°C).
  4. Mix together: combine the measured salt with the water in a clean glass and stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
  5. Add flavor (optional): add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
  6. Taste test: sip a small amount to ensure the saltiness meets your preference and adjust if necessary.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your Saline Water Drink at room temperature or chilled.
  2. Optionally, drink a glass before meals to help curb appetite.
