Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until completely liquefied.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract into the dry mix, stirring until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the milk while mixing until the mixture binds together, creating a thick dough.
  6. Transfer this mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to press it down evenly.
  7. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Once set, remove the bars from the pan by lifting with the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  9. Top with colorful sprinkles for a festive finish.
