- Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until completely liquefied.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until evenly mixed.
- Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract into the dry mix, stirring until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk while mixing until the mixture binds together, creating a thick dough.
- Transfer this mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to press it down evenly.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, remove the bars from the pan by lifting with the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Top with colorful sprinkles for a festive finish.
