Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the bowl, ensuring it's well-coated with the marinade, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. For a slow cooker, set on low and cook the marinated chicken for about 3-4 hours.
  2. For an air fryer, preheat to 375°F and cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  3. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Resting and Preparing the Garlic Sauce
  1. Remove the chicken from the cooker and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt for the garlic sauce, adjusting to taste.
Serving
