Sole water is a mineral-rich brine made by dissolving pink Himalayan salt in filtered water. A natural wellness drink, it supports hydration, electrolyte balance, and digestive health when consumed daily in small amounts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 jar pink Himalayan salt (coarse or fine)
  • 2/3 jar filtered water

Equipment

  • glass jar non-metal lid recommended
  • spoon to stir daily servings
  • filtered water

Method
 

  1. Add pink Himalayan salt to a clean glass jar, filling it about one-third full.
  2. Pour filtered water into the jar until it's nearly full.
  3. Cover the jar with a non-metal lid and let it sit overnight at room temperature.
  4. Check for undissolved salt at the bottom. If present, the solution is fully saturated and ready to use.
  5. To use: Add 1 tsp of sole water to a glass of room temperature water. Stir and drink on an empty stomach.

Notes
