- Add pink Himalayan salt to a clean glass jar, filling it about one-third full.
- Pour filtered water into the jar until it's nearly full.
- Cover the jar with a non-metal lid and let it sit overnight at room temperature.
- Check for undissolved salt at the bottom. If present, the solution is fully saturated and ready to use.
- To use: Add 1 tsp of sole water to a glass of room temperature water. Stir and drink on an empty stomach.
