  • 2 cups water Bring to a gentle boil.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your ginger, lemon, honey, cinnamon, and chamomile tea.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Remove the pan from heat, add the chamomile tea bag, and steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bag, then add freshly grated ginger and cinnamon.
  5. Stir in honey while the mixture is still warm, allowing it to dissolve.
  6. Squeeze half a lemon into the mixture and stir well.
  7. Pour the drink into your favorite mug and enjoy it warm.
