Ingredients
  

  • 1–2 cups Himalayan pink salt

  • 0.5 cup baking soda (optional, for softening)
  • 1–2 tbsp dried herbs (e.g., rosemary, chamomile, mint)
  • 1 bathtub warm water

Method
 

  1. Fill your bathtub with warm water. Avoid hot temperatures, especially for sensitive skin.

  3. Add essential oils, dried herbs, or baking soda if desired. Stir to blend the ingredients.
  4. Soak in the bath for 20–30 minutes, allowing your body to absorb minerals and relax.
  5. Rinse your skin with clean water after the bath to remove salt and any herbs.
