Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts The main protein, which becomes tender and flavorful when cooked.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Adds that signature spicy kick to the dish.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder A savory enhancer that rounds out the flavor profile.
  • 12 pieces Slider Buns The perfect vessel for your spicy chicken.
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix Adds crunch and freshness, balancing the spices.
  • to taste Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing Optional creamy addition that can tone down the heat.

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Pour in the Buffalo sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 4-6 hours. If using an air fryer, cook for 20-25 minutes at 375°F until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return it back to the slow cooker to soak in the sauce for another 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the slider buns in half and place them on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the spicy Buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with coleslaw and a drizzle of dressing if desired.
  6. Place the top bun on each slider, serve immediately, and enjoy.
