- Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Pour in the Buffalo sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 4-6 hours. If using an air fryer, cook for 20-25 minutes at 375°F until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return it back to the slow cooker to soak in the sauce for another 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the slider buns in half and place them on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
- Spoon a generous amount of the spicy Buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with coleslaw and a drizzle of dressing if desired.
- Place the top bun on each slider, serve immediately, and enjoy.
