Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 each Graham Cracker Crust Can be store-bought or homemade.
Filling
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Washed and sliced.
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder Can substitute with agar-agar for a vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup Water Use chilled for faster setting.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Can be substituted with honey or a sugar alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then pressing into a pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if homemade.
  2. Wash and slice the fresh strawberries, and set aside in a bowl to release their natural juices.
Mixing
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water and gelatin, stirring over low heat until completely dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Once dissolved, stir in the sugar until fully dissolved, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembling
  1. Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the gelatin mixture until evenly coated.
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Chilling
  1. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, until the gelatin is set and firm to the touch.
Serving
  1. Once set, slice the pie and serve chilled, enjoying the refreshing taste and aroma.
