  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks Adds tropical sweetness; substitute with pineapple for tang.
  • 1 unit orange, peeled and segmented Burst of citrus flavor; can swap for peeled kiwi.
Dairy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Contributes creaminess and protein; use coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
Liquids
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) Adjusts the consistency; coconut milk adds tropical flair.
Flavor Enhancements
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional; elevates flavor. Maple syrup can also be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the banana, peel the orange, and measure out the mango.
Blending
  1. Place the banana, mango chunks, orange segments, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into the blender.
  2. Blend on low, then increase to high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pause blending and taste; add additional honey or vanilla if desired and blend again for 15 seconds.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glasses and enjoy immediately.
  2. Garnish with a slice of orange or granola for extra crunch.
