Preparation and Filling
- In a bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, and chili powder until well combined.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Assembly and Cooking
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla, roll them tightly, and place seam-side down.
- Lightly spray the outside of the rolled taquitos with cooking spray to ensure they crisp up beautifully.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the taquitos in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes
For a softer texture, you can use flour tortillas instead of corn. Adjust spice levels to your preference. Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, and for reheating, air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
