Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Make sure the rack is in the center position.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly.
- Drain excess fat from the beef and return it to the skillet or a large mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until evenly combined.
Assembly
- Grease a casserole dish lightly and pour the beef and green bean mixture into it, spreading it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
- Arrange frozen Tater Tots evenly over the cheese.
Baking
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the Tater Tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
