  1. Gather all your ingredients, and chop the onion and garlic.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with your spatula until browned and crumbly.
  2. Once the meat is browned, toss in the diced onions and minced garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onions become translucent and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the beef mixture, cover the skillet, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts—about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Toast your hamburger buns in a separate skillet or in the oven until golden and crispy.
  6. Scoop the cheesy beef mixture onto the toasted buns, add your choice of optional toppings, and serve immediately.
