Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and salted caramel chunks gently.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.
  3. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
