  • 1-2 teaspoons Manuka Honey Add while warm to dissolve easily.
  • 2 cups Hot Water Boil water before steeping ginger.

  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh ginger, lemon, Manuka honey, and hot water.
  2. Peel and slice about an inch of fresh ginger root into thin pieces.
  3. In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once boiling, pour the water over the ginger slices in a mug or heatproof container. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Squeeze half a lemon into the ginger-infused water, adjusting to taste.
  6. Stir in one to two teaspoons of Manuka honey while the tea is still warm.
  7. Give your tea a final stir, taste it, and adjust the honey or lemon as desired. Sip and savor the warmth!
