Preparation

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add ground cinnamon, ginger, and salt to the mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in melted butter and chopped pecans until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or slow cooker insert.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
