- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Add ground cinnamon, ginger, and salt to the mixture, and stir to combine.
- Fold in melted butter and chopped pecans until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or slow cooker insert.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
