- Bloom the gelatin. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder or collagen evenly over 1/2 cup cold water. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Heat the second 1/2 cup water to a boil. Pour it over the bloomed gelatin while stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add your chosen flavoring. Stir in a sugar-free drink mix or fresh juice. Adjust sweetness with stevia, honey, or maple syrup if needed.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual cups.
- Cool to room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
- Serve and garnish with fresh fruit or yogurt if desired.
