Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger or a few fresh slices
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a heat-safe mug or glass, mix all dry ingredients: ginger, cayenne, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour in warm water and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Sweeten to taste and sip immediately while warm.
