- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and cake mix until well blended; no need to add any eggs, oil, or water!
- Lightly prepare your muffin cups or silicone molds with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Cooking
- Place the filled muffin cups into the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not touching.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
