- Wash and peel (if desired) the potatoes. Dice them into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.
Seasoning
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Cook for 15 minutes.
- Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or stir the potatoes for even browning.
- After 15 minutes, check if the potatoes are crispy and cooked through. If needed, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
