Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel (if desired) the potatoes. Dice them into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or stir the potatoes for even browning.
  4. After 15 minutes, check if the potatoes are crispy and cooked through. If needed, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
