Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box your favorite cake mix (any flavor will do)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles (optional) For mix-ins

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined. If desired, fold in any mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  2. Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to preheat while you prepare the cookie dough.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form balls of dough, roughly 1.5 inches in diameter. You can place them on parchment paper for easier transfer.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the cookie dough balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between for expansion.
Cooking
  1. Cook the cookies at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Check at the 6-minute mark for doneness.
  2. Once done, allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before indulging!
