Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure better adhesion of the coating.
- Spray both sides of the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere well.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
Cooking
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
