  • 2-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose medium-sized breasts for even cooking.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated works best for flavor.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, preferably panko Adds extra crunch.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray For a crispy finish without excess fat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure better adhesion of the coating.
  4. Spray both sides of the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere well.
  6. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
