Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil For extra flavor
  • ½ cup Heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or non-dairy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Place chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top of the seasoned chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream and a drizzle of olive oil. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. For a golden finish, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing, making it even more tender.
  2. Serve with a drizzle of any remaining sauce from the air fryer and garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes
