  • 4 cups fresh spinach or frozen, thawed and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pepper to taste
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

  4. Sprinkle in the oregano, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the spinach, cooking until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and crumble feta cheese over the top. Gently mix to combine.
